"Apps We Actually Use ... a must-have for any Mac user looking for quick and easy access to their clipboard history." - The Unofficial Apple Weblog

How to Use Collective

When Collective is running, a "C" will appear in the top-right of your menu bar. Pressing Command-Shift-V will show Collectives history of what you have copied (alternatively, you can click the "C" in the menu bar). Clicking on any item will add it back to your clipboard, so you can paste it again.

Note that for security reasons Collective is not able to paste directly, but rather your selected item is added back to the clipboard for you to paste. Further, due to a limitation with internal clipboards, Collective can not keep a full history for Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Collective can, however, be used to paste into these applications.
